Our 'baby' will be three!

Sixty seconds now feels more like thirty

Tick-tock, won't stop, around it goes

Sand through the glass sure falls in a hurry

All you keep trying to do is slow it down, soak it in

You're trying to make the good times last as long as you can

But you can't, man

It just goes too fast

*luke Bryan's new song sings my heart right now.  In order to not be on my phone too much tomorrow I figured I would do Cooper's birthday post a day early.

THREE!

You're so bright: Your mind. Your blue eyes. Your big smile. It's all so very bright.

You love animals and would have a petting zoo if you could. (Wait) we kinda DO have a petting zoo. Five bucket calves. Two dogs. Four chickens and two kittens. Yep ! You've made us into those weird people on the edge of town. And I'm 100% okay with that.

You've got a strong will and a powerful mind of you're own. And although it makes me kick and scream and cuss some days (under my breath of course because tantrums from a thirty year old aren't that cool) even though you drive me half crazy some days. I love it. I love your strong will to be independent. And your bull headed attitude when you have something on your mind. And how can I get too upset with you, after all you get it from your mama.

You're growing well little boy. You know the alphabet and you know different breeds of cattle, of course. But more importantly, you love people. You love to be surrounded by people laughing and loving eachother. You love to pray to Jesus about the most random things in your day. And you love to tell tall tale stories about what you did 'lasterday'. You know your human anatomy and don't mind talking about it even when mommies face turns bright red. And you can make even the toughest men's hands turn to butter when you say you want a hug.  You hate bedtime (like your daddy) and you don't want to stop too long to eat a meal. Your favorite color is 'black angus' and you are convinced you'll be a roping cowboy when your grow up.  You are fearfully and wonderfully made perfect in His image. And we love you so very much!

Keep on keeping on little guy. We are right beside you-cheering and laughing at all the silly antics you've got up your sleeve.

We really wanted some pictures at the new place. And we asked papa and Shasha to be in a few too! (Mama skipped out this time)
