We needed to rest a little bit and have some time together without the craziness of a baby- so mom dad and blake took the baby for the weekend--it was his second weekend away from us. Although it was nice and we got rested up- we missed the little guy. I got this sent to me on saturday and it made me sad that cooper was gone. It really is going so quickly!
Both my bible studies are amazing- learning more about Abraham, Isaac and Jacob and Esau and how many times they failed to trust God's plan and just teaching me and reminding me that God has a plan, and ultimately it will happen, He doesnt need me to help him with the details, He just needs me to Trust Him. Reminding me to repent from my sins big and small and that it is only by His grace that I will be in his Kingdom in the end, not by anything that I do. Things i've known forever but need reminding of daily, especially now that we are raising a child.

Cooper has now had Bananas, Carrots and Peas. Can you tell what he thought of the carrots after i made them?
Making sweet potatoes
He enjoyed making baby food with mom with my food processor from my mom and my blender.
He's so big- he holds his baba now!
Daddy got out some of his old tractors - Cooper thought this was pretty cool! (so did daddy)
We went to Wichita with papa and daddy one day last week- and while they were in getting parts i took cooper out of his seat so he could look around---TALK ABOUT NOSEY!
When Gram & Grandad brought him back from their house we went to eat-- Pretty cute!
Tuckered out with Uncle Blake
The life he leads :)
When I delivered him to moms house we stopped quick to see Carol--Cooper was in love with her giant state farm bear!
I'll leave you with this...
No one ever tells you before you become a mom that you'll have to pick between washing your hair and shaving your legs because there is simply not enough time to do both.
No one ever tells you before you become a mom that your hobbies will go from warm baths and movies to blog stalking other moms.
No one ever tells you before you become a mom that your nightstand will be packed with What To Expect Your Baby's First Year and What To Expect While You're Expecting.
No one ever tells you before you become a mom that it's necessary to read both of those books at the same time because once the baby gets here and that first year starts there is no time to read.
No one ever tells you before you become a mom that when you need baby advice, the first place you run is to your computer to check a blog of a total stranger to see how they handled the situation.
No one ever tells you before you become a mom that getting ready for the day changes from hair and full make-up to just putting on deodorant and chapstick.
No one ever tells you before you become a mom that it is the most rewarding thing you will ever do...they try and explain it to you...but until it happens, you just never understand.
