We summer some of our calves over in the flint hills on their lush green grass. We pay a cowboy to look after them and then we will bring them home in the fall.
After babying these mamas and calves for 7+ months it’s always so nice to ship them off a while. Of course we don’t really take a break, because now we start the farm work...
