Big picture=Big perspective.
At least it feels that way for me lately. I don’t know if it’s fair to say I’m a better mom this go around - but I do have a different perspective. And that allows me to let go of the small stuff and grind the best flavor out of the moments that I’m gonna miss like heck.
So yea. Maybe I AM better, but if I’m better for this kid then I’m better for the other. And if I’m better for them, then I’m better for me. And if I’m slowly morphing into a better ME through motherhood, then crap, I have no complaints.
