How ugly is this?... it was elective. I chose to have this happen :) mainly for the purpose to be able to breath. Today has been rough but it'll be worth it.
Septoplasty rhinoplastyand turbinate reduction. All for the sake of breathing through my nose.
I can't believe I shared this picture because its so gross but then again it's me and I'm thankful to have the chance to get this fixed.
